Beachside Mid-Century Residence

Located one block from the beach, this six-unit mid-century property was hidden behind overgrown landscaping, dark exterior finishes, and years of visual neglect. Rather than reinventing the building, Skyline Design focused on revealing what was already there, preserving its footprint, breeze block details, and original coastal character while refreshing the property with a lighter palette, new finishes, and furnished interiors.
